LUIS RAMIREZ

This is a house that is near where i live in London. It has this mosaic mural on the outside wall and on the house. Honestly these photos do not do this work any justice and must be seen in the 'flesh'

RUSSEL

A mate of mine Russel that i was working with has been around Hip Hop culture for quite a long time. I met Blu a producer here at his place. Here is some albums we listened to and some artwork of Blu's

PUNK ROCK AN ORAL HISTORY

I am near completion of this book. It is a narative history compiled by John Robb. It is an England perspective on punk. Living in London through these new tough economic times has kind of given me an idea of what it may have been like in the late 70's in London. Its great to have visited and have knowledge of these places mentioned by the people in this book. It is pretty tough reading given everyone has a different view on the music, culture and fashion of punk rock. Its great to have an understanding of the participants in the scene and their attitude towards the other bands and people involved with the culture. I could mention all the contributors but the list spans about 4 pages of the book alone.

Not a bad read otherwise

DRAGON STOUT

Apologies for not too many updates. On New Years i was introduced to Dragon Stout. Apparently this is drunk by Jamacian gangsters in London. Top drink, mind you beware it is 7.5% alcohol content, but it only comes in 285ml bottles. If you are going to have ONE beer this one is it. Great taste without tasting alcohol, very creamy stout.
